My home flooded awhile back. SERVPRO of Putnam County came promptly. I felt as though I was in good hands with both the friendliness of the staff, and the work performed. I also called them back to have my furniture routinely cleaned. Once it dried, it looked like a brand new living room suite. I would definitely use them again.

Ed and Wendy, wanted to let you know what a great job your guys did on my carpet and tile floor yesterday. I am beyond pleased with what I thought might be hopeless on my 22-year-old grout. They were professional and thorough. Ashamed to say I didn't get their names, but please let them know how wonderful it all looks.
